How Does It Work?
First, you select the club that’s right for you: Gin Club, Vodka Club, Whisky Club or Rum Club (we made four different clubs to keep everybody’s tastebuds happy).
Once you’ve decided on your spirit, you then decide how often you’d like to receive your chosen subscription box: Monthly, (1 box every month) Bi-Monthly (every two months), or Quarterly (every three months).
Then, it’s over to us. We build a box containing a unique bottle of your chosen spirit, enhancing mixers and some delicious goodies before sending it out to you within the first five days of the month.
We keep your box contents a secret until it arrives at your door because we find it makes your smile bigger when you open it.

As well as your featured premium spirit, every box comes complete with some delicious goodies, mixers and snacks, all chosen to match up perfectly with your month’s drink.

What do I get?
Each of our subscription boxes will contain the following:
- 1 full sized, 70cl premium bottle of your chosen spirit
- Premium tonics and/or mixers, chosen to go perfectly with each month’s spirit
- A selection of delicious artisan snacks
- Information and cocktail cards, to make sure you get the most out of your drink!
When will I receive my box?
When you make a payment for a subscription box, you will receive that box within the first five days of the following month. For example if you sign up for a Gin Club membership on the 18th of January, you will receive your first box within the first five days of February.
When will I know what’s in my box?
We keep all contents of each month’s subscription a secret until after the boxes for each month have been shipped out. This is to ensure that each month’s box is a surprise for our members.
How do I cancel my membership?
When you sign up for a subscription with us you will be required to create an account at checkout. Simply log in to your account using the details you’ve signed up with and under ‘My Subscriptions’ you will be able to cancel your membership. If for whatever reason you are unable to do this, drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can manually cancel your membership.
Can I gift a subscription membership?
Absolutely! At checkout, check the box that asks ‘Deliver to a different address?’ and you will be able to add in the gift recipient’s address. You can also add at checkout any personal message you want to be included with the first box, at no additional cost.
When will I be billed?
For Pay Per Month Subscription Plans: When you sign up to one of our subscription clubs, payment will be made at checkout for the first month’s box. This will be delivered within the first five days of the following month. Payments after this will be made on the same day of the month as when you initially signed up, and will be made on a monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly basis depending on the plan you signed up for.
For One Off Payment Subscription Plans: When you purchase a one off payment for a subscription club, you are pre-paying for the entire length of the subscription, and will not receive any further charges after this payment.
How do I pay?
We accept secure card payments through Sage Pay or PayPal.
How do I update my payment details?
When you sign up for a subscription with us you are required to make an account. Simply log in to your account using the details you signed up with and navigate to your subscription under ‘My Subscriptions’, here you will be able to change your payment details.
How much does shipping cost?
If your subscription is to go to anywhere in mainland UK (excluding Scottish highlands and islands), then shipping is completely free for all of your subscription boxes. For any other location unfortunately a shipping charge will be applied to your order. Please see our Delivery and Charges page for a full list of costs.
Do you ship outside of UK?
We do! Currently we ship to most of Europe, to see a full list of locations we deliver to, please see our Delivery and Charges page. Please note shipping charges will apply to locations outside of mainland UK.
What if my goods arrive damaged?
In the unlikely case that your item arrives damaged, please contact us indicating your concern within 7 days of the item being delivered. Please attach pictures of the damaged bottle to the email. We will respond to you within 24 hours and will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
How can I change my shipping address?
Log in to your account using the details you signed up for your subscription with and navigate to the subscription you wish to update under ‘My Subscriptions’. There you will be able to change the address.
