In the unlikely case that your item arrives damaged, please contact us indicating your concern within 7 days of the item being delivered. Please attach pictures of the damaged bottle to the email. We will respond to you within 24 hours and will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
We cannot refund you for unwanted items that you have already received, we can only replace bottles damaged upon arrival. We cannot validate a claim unless the above criteria has been met.
