Next Day Delivery available
Delivery & Charges
Delivery Across the UK
We use a courier service that should deliver your goods by the next working day for orders placed before 12PM.
Deliveries to Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands may take 2-5 working days. Deliveries to locations outside the British Isles may take 4-14 working days.
We can also delay delivery for a chosen date (for example for a birthday delivery). Use the preferred delivery options when checking out your order, or use the notes box to let us know of any additional requests, and we’ll take care of it, at no extra cost. Please note that the preferred delivery date option is currently only available for orders to mainland UK.
One of our standard boxes weighs between 3 and 5 KG.

For any other locations not listed above, please get in touch at [email protected] and we will provide a quote with delivery costs.
All charges listed above are for boxes of up to 4kg. Additional boxes in your order may increase the total weight of your order and incur additional charges. Cases of wine and products from our partners may also be priced at a higher delivery rate; these charges will be displayed for you at the checkout page when placing your order.
For deliveries to Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and any other overseas destinations any duty by customs and any brokerage fees are payable by the customer. Please note this is out of our control at times that the parcel may be delayed.
Should the courier attempt to make delivery unsuccessfully due to customer not being present at time of delivery, this may result in further charges, which will be payable by the customer and/or should the order be returned due to customer not being present at time of delivery, then return charges will be applied. In some instances DPD may arrange for the parcel to be delivered to a pickup shop after a failed delivery attempt if no one is present at the delivery location and no instructions have been left for the courier. After this point it is the customer’s responsibility to collect the parcel in the allocated time.
